Aaron's identity as a queer, Jewish person in recovery is a big part of how he shows up today.
When Aaron was younger, he struggled with figuring out who he was and also faced challenges with his family. This led to him using substances to manage during those difficult times. However, his journey of self-discovery has also shaped his recovery. Now, Aaron is confident in who he is, feels a strong sense of belonging in his communities, and knows how and where to get support.
