Feeling connected, being part of a community, knowing that we're not going through it alone -- that's what life's about.
Jenni found a thriving fellowship in her Louisville community when she connected with other women in recovery from opioid use disorder. "These women came into my life at the perfect time and almost mothered me into bettering myself. I could breathe, I could finally let go and take a step in the right direction," she says.
As a person in long-term recovery, Jenni knows there's hope in our camaraderie, our accountability, and the relationships we build with one another. "We can make a beautiful life for ourselves as long as we're willing to put the work in."
