Michelle Helps People Find Quality Care

Michelle works at a crisis stabilization unit called The Phoenix House.

It's named that way to show how, with quality care and treatment, people can rise from their personal crises and thrive. For Michelle, one of the best parts of her work is seeing people with substance use disorder (SUD) leave the crisis setting and live confident lives. As she says, "That trumps everything."
