For the past 5 years, Stephanie has dedicated herself to supporting others with substance use disorders in her career.
Stephanie works at Louisville Recovery Community Connection, where her work is built on treating those with SUDs with empathy and understanding. That's something she seeks to inspire in her local community as well. "For some reason people think there's a certain type of person that's going to use. There's not," she says. "Our mission here at the LRCC is to destroy that stigma."
